Tottenham top list of dirtiest teams in the Premier League

Tottenham Hotspurs have been declared as the dirtiest team in the premier league, while Queens Park Rangers have been labelled as the fairest.

The ranking has been measured by attributing one point for a foul conceded, three for a yellow card received and six for a red. The team with the most points have are therefore the side with the worst disciplinary record.

Tottenham have had three players sent off, while Manchester United are in eighth-place on the table despite having three of their players sent off this season. Crystal Palace and Swansea City have had three players sent off this season, but lie second and eleventh respectively.

Sunderland have accumulated the most number of yellow cards this season, but are yet to see any of their players sent off. Merseyside duo, Liverpool and Everton are the fourth fairest and second most fair teams of the 2014-15 EPL season.

Mark Hughes has transformed Stoke City’s overall approach and look to have shed their dirty image as the Potters are only fourth in the table.

Mile Jedinak is the dirtiest player so far this season

Crystal Palace captain, Mile Jedinak has accumulated the most amount of disciplinary points, with 46. Moussa Sissoko of Newcastle United closely follows him at second place with 43 points.

Italian striker Mario Balotelli is Liverpool’s dirtiest player, while Nemanja Matic and Calum Chambers are Chelsea and Arsenal’s least disciplined players.
