Statistics: Leading goal scorers and assist makers in top European leagues this season
The season of 2014-15 has reached its half-way mark and we present the top ten best marksmen in different European leagues. The footballer with the maximum goals this season in all leagues is Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo, followed by arch-rival Lionel Messi.
The list also features Lyon and Marseille players Alexandre Lacazette and André-Pierre Gignac, who have been in top form this season as yet. The suprise entrant in the list is Queens Park Rangers’ Charlie Austin, who has netted 13 goals for the English club.
