Stats: Premier League table if goals only from English players counted
Liverpool have some of the best English talent in the country with the likes of Jordan Henderson, Daniel Sturridge, Raheem Sterling and Steven Gerrard, which is why, not surprisingly, they head the table with 62 points in this stat. The Merseyside club have never lost a match when an Englishman has got on the scoresheet.
Second in line is Southampton, who too, have a promising pool of English players in the squad. Captain Adam Lallana, Rickie Lambert, Jay Rodriguez and Luke Shaw have been instrumental in their success this season. The Saints are in second place with 49 points.
Manchester United, mostly powered by the goals Wayne Rooney are placed third in the table.
Newcastle United, which is dominated with French internationals, have a major dirth of homegrown players. Staggeringly, not a single English player has scored for the Toons this season, which is why they languish in 20th place.
