The Footy Mumble: Zaha seals United move, Mourinho staying
Real Madrid have responded strongly to reports that Iker Casillas and Sergio Ramos met Florentino Perez to demand a change in manager.
Perez held a press conference and labelled the rumors “simply a lie” and was “designed to destabilise the club”.
Mourinho has been under intense scrutiny this season after his rift with Iker Casillas, and has had a poor season where they have almost dropped out of the title race already.
Reading player Jimmy Kebe has poked fun at Newcastle’s shopping spree by tweeting he was moving to Tyneside too.
He first tweeted that he was on his way to Newcastle for a medical and to sign a 4 year contract. He then joked that he thought being French and a football player gave one an automatic entry at Newcastle.

Charlie Morgan, the ball boy who was kicked by Eden Hazard on Wednesday night, has been revealed as the heir to a £42 million fortune!
His dad, Martin Morgan, is a director on Swansea’s board and also owns 11 Morgan hotels.

In today’s transfer news, Wilfried Zaha’s move to Manchester United from Crystal Palace has been confirmed by both clubs.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson said regarding the move: “We like to sign young players with potential. We always feel we can develop players well here.
“That’s been proved to be the case many times. We hope the boy will enjoy it here when he eventually comes.”
Meanwhile, AC Milan and Juventus both have had loan offers for Balotelli rejected by Manchester City, who are holding out for a permanent transfer with a fee of at least €25 million.
