10. Guido Carrillo: Monaco to Southampton, £19.1 m
The 26-year-old Argentine frontman has agreed on a three-and-a-half year deal at St Mary's until 2021 and has expressed his delight at reuniting with Saints boss Mauricio Pellegrino with the latter making an attempt to add some firepower to his misfiring front-line.
He was a Ligue 1 title winner alongside Kylian Mbappe and Radamel Falcao at Monaco. Carrillo has made 22 appearances this season but just two of them have been starts in Ligue 1. He scored 20 goals in over 50 appearances for Monaco since signing from Estudiantes in 2015.
