The Bundesliga may not be the most popular league worldwide when compared to the likes of Premier League or La Liga but it is still a platform for quite a few talented players who showcase their talent and skills.

Some household names in the Premier League and La Liga had their big breaks in the Bundesliga. The German football scene is such that the younger players often get the opportunity to impress as the ownership rule doesn't allow clubs to spend massive money on star names, well, except Bayern perhaps.

So let's have a look at five Bundesliga players who have the talent to star in the Premier League.

#5 Philipp Max (Augsburg)

Philipp Max has been one of the emerging stars in Germany this season with 10 assists

Son of former German forward Martin Max, Philipp unlike is his father, is a left-back. He has also featured for Germany in the Olympics; Rio 2016 where they lost out to Brazil in the final on penalties.

This has been a breakthrough season for the 24-year old fullback. He has been pretty solid in defence but his main attribute is when he goes forward. He has made 18 appearances in the league and has mustered 9 assists so far.

Max's ability to consistently create openings for his teammates from the left-back position is pretty impressive. The 24-year old can also feature as a left wing-back or play as a left-sided midfielder if needed.

Big English clubs are reportedly interested in the defender, including the likes of Manchester City. Max can address some of Manchester City's problem surely as Pep Guardiola does not have an out and out left back for the injured Benjamin Mendy.

Pep has played Fabian Delph as a left back and the England international has not been disappointing but someone like Max can change the team's dimension and can give Pep more options to chose from as the Citizens will face tough challenges ahead in the season.

Chelsea also needs someone to give competition to their star left-back Marcos Alonso. The 27-year old has been sensational for the Blues but the season is long and Conte will love someone like Max on his team. Teams like Tottenham and Everton are also interested in the young left-back.

But Max's future is still in doubts as this emerging talent may stay in Germany. Things are not clear yet and only time will tell whether yet another talent from Bundesliga will make way to the Premier League or not.
