Top five possible transfers in January transfer window

Edin Dzeko (Manchester City):

Arsenal have been fabulous so far in the tournament and have seen their contributions from all quarters. However, for the team to attain silverware this season there is only one striking problem, which is the shortage of genuine forwards. Olivier Giroud is the only recognized top-class striker in their current squad, and while the Frenchman has been in superb form to start the season, questions must be asked about his longevity. With Polodski injured for up to 3 months, Arsene Wenger seems to have his eye set on Edin Dzeko as his main striker. Dzeko is already starting to be looked over by manager Manuel Pellegrini for the likes of Alvaro Negredo and Sergio Aguero who have been in fine form. Other than this, things are likely to get worse once Stevan Jovetic is healthy enough for selection. With City quite capable of offloading important players like they did with Tevez and Balatolli, Dzeko can soon find himself free to move and Wenger would be looking to nail the moment.
