Top five Premier League loan deals

At a time when most players come at a premium, there were some shrewder purchases in the Premier League, which already seem to be paying off.

Below is a list of five loan deals that could prove to be as important as a permanent deal:

Pushed down the pecking order after the arrivals of Andre Schurrle and Willian at Chelsea, the Nigeria international jumped ship to Merseyside, and will offer a different dimension to the new and improved Liverpool attack, with his direct running and crossing ability.

Having managed 10 goals in sporadic European appearances last season, the 22-year-old opened his account for the season in the 2-2 draw at Swansea.
