His elder brother Jack Charlton was a part of the English team that lifted the World Cup. Leeds United legend Jack Charlton won the league championship in the year 1969, the FA Cup in 1972, the League Cup in 1968 and made a club record 773 appearances.

Both the Laudrup brothers were regarded as great football players. Current football commentator, pundit and analyst, Brian Laudrup relished his spells for German and Italian clubs, winning the 1994 Serie A as well as the 1994 UEFA Champions League title with AC Milan.

Brian won the Danish Footballer of the Year award a record four times while Michael Laudrup was officially named the best Danish footballer of all time by the Danish Football Association in November 2006.

The only Swansea City manager ever to lift a major trophy in the club’s history, Michael Laudrup had a very successful career as a professional football player. Having played for big European clubs like Juventus, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Ajax, the former attacking midfielder won nine trophies, including four straight La Liga titles with FC Barcelona. Later, he moved to arch rivals Real Madrid in 1994, with whom he won his fifth La Liga title in a row.

After retiring from professional football, Gary Neville has tried his hand at punditry and is a commentator for Sky Sports. He has won 8 Premier League titles, 3 FA Cups and 2 League Cups. Eventually, Gary Neville has also won a Champions League trophy in the year 1999 along with Phil Neville and the Sir Alex Ferguson’s ‘Class of 92′.

One of the most versatile footballer in England, Phil Neville has announced his departure from Everton FC at the end of the season. Before joining Everton in the year 2005, along with Gary, Phil also has won numerous trophies under Sir Alex Ferguson which includes 6 Premier League titles, 3 FA Cups and a Champions League trophy.

Currently, Yaya Toure is considered as one of the finest midfielders in the Premier League, whilst the elder brother Kolo Toure is usually seen warming the Etihad stadium bench with a probable exit in the summer on the cards.
