Arsenal’s Mathieu Debuchy joins Ligue 1 side Bordeaux on loan until end of the season
The Gunners have confirmed on their official website that French defender Mathieu Debuchy will spend the rest of the season with Bordeaux. Debuchy has not been a permanent fixture in the north London side ever since he suffered injuries in his first season after his arrival from Newcastle.
Having lost his place in the squad to Hector Bellerin, the right-back was on the lookout for a move in January in a bid to get regular first-team action ahead of Euro 2016 in his home country.

Roma have signed Diego Perotti from Genoa on loan
Roma have completed the signing of Diego Perotti on loan from Serie A club Genoa. The Giallorossi have paid Genoa a sum of €1 million for the loan, and could pay a further €9 million to make the deal permanent, subject to certain performance related incentives.
With Gervinho moving to the Chinese Premier League, Roma have been looking for a winger, and the Argentine is a readymade solution, with Perotti immediately training for the club upon his arrival and is set to be included in the squad against Sassuolo. Speaking to the club’s official TV channel, Perotti outlined his pleasure, saying “This is a massive step in my career. I'm pleased to have joined a big club like Roma.”

Valencia sign Real Madrid winger Denis Cheryshev on loan
Real Madrid have let Denis Cheryshev go on loan to Valencia, after it was rumoured that the Russian winger was close to joining Sevilla on loan earlier in the day. Cheryshev earned infamy for Real Madrid when he was illegally fielded in a Copa del Rey game, which resulted in the Spanish giants being thrown out of the competition.
The Russian has only played a measly 117 minutes for Real Madrid this season, and will hope that a move to Gary Neville’s struggling Valencia side will change his fortune. Cheryshev previously succeeded in the La Liga for Villarreal, and will hope that a similar upturn in form will aid Neville to earn a first La Liga win as manager.

Newcastle sign Seydou Doumbia from Roma on loan
Newcastle United have completed their fourth major signing of the January transfer window by bringing in forward Seydou Doumbia on loan. The Ivorian arrives on loan from Roma until the end of the season, with an option to make the move permanent in the summer.
Doumbia enjoyed a trophy laden spell with CSKA Moscow before being signed by Roma 1 year ago, but the Giallorossi opted to loan the Ivorian back to CSKA Moscow, and have now loaned him to the English club. Speaking to Newcastle’s official website, Doumbia underlined his keenness, saying “I'm delighted to be a Newcastle United player. It has always been a dream to play in the Premier League and now that dream has come true, so I'm absolutely delighted.”

Chelsea reject Atletico Madrid bid for Diego Costa
The fiery Brasilian has been linked with a move back to the Vincente Calderon for a while now but Chelsea are adamant to hold on to their man. Chelsea were reportedly interested in signing Atletico's Jackson Martinez and the latter were using this as an opportunity to swap the Colombian for Costa.
Martinez joined the Madrid team in the summer from Porto but has failed to make the grade in La Liga. Chelsea, meanwhile, have signed Brasilian striker Alexander Pato on a 6-month loan deal from Corinthians to boost their front line.

Ezequiel Lavezzi rejects China
Paris Saint-Germain attacker, Ezequiel Lavezzi, has rejected the prospect of playing in China with Beijing Guoan, report Sky Sports. The Argentine's contract runs out in the summer and has been linked with various English Premier League sides including Chelsea while Inter Milan also seem interested.
Chinese clubs have been snapping up a lot of players this window with the two biggest ones being Roma's and former Arsenal's Gervinho who followed Chelsea and Brasil midfielder, Ramires.

Bera-he-gonna-go?
Newcastle United have made a £25m bid for West Brom striker, Saido Berahino. The Englishman has attracted a lot of interest from various Premier League clubs. West Brom think they can hold on to him but will he force through a move or will he wait for Tottenham to come calling?
Be interesting to see if West Brom tempted at £25m... Crazy money. But will Berahino want to go - or wait for Tottenham...?
— John Cross (@johncrossmirror) February 1, 2016
Berahino has apparently picked up a knock in training, but there’s nothing sinister going on, with West Brom assistant manager Dave Kemp saying “He’s been in this morning. He’s got a bit of a knock. But he’s in the squad for tomorrow’s game. I’m expecting him to be here. The chairman deals with that side. It was awkward today, he has a dead leg he picked up on Saturday. He came out, he’s a bit sore, and he’s gone home. With the media around that’s probably the best thing to do.”

"I'm very happy and very excited that I'm here," 28-year-old Emenike told the club's website.
"I have always known West Ham as a great club. I have known (manager Slaven) Bilic for years and thank God we are here together."

Debuchy headed towards Arsenal exit doors?
The Arsenal full-back who was signed from Newcastle only some 18 months ago is looking to move to another Premier League club after failing to dethrone Hector Bellerin as Arsenal's number one right-back.
The Frenchman – who needs game time to prove his worth for the upcoming UEFA EURO 16 – remains a target for Aston Villa, Sunderland and Bundesliga side, Bayer Leverkusen. Sky Sports are reporting that Arsenal are demanding a £1m loan fee for Debuchy.

Alex Teixera could be on the way to Liverpool
More developments in the Brazilian's move to Merseyside. Shakhtar Donetsk continue to demand £38 million but Liverpool are capping their offer at £25 million with Klopp insisting that the tricky midfielder isn't worth the quoted amount.
It's not often such high-profile players sign for Premier League clubs in the middle of the season but watch this space for the deal seems likely.
