Juan Cuadrado has moved back to Juventus

It's the Deadline Day of this summer’s transfer window, do we need to say anything more? Welcome to our daily transfer round-up where madness has taken over across Europe with deals getting completed every minute.

Wilfried Bony, Samir Nasri, Joe Hart and Serge Gnabry have signed up new teams in last 12 hours while we could also see the likes of Moussa Sissoko, Morgan Schneiderlin, David Luiz and Jack Wilshere could sign for new clubs before the end of transfer deadline day.

On that note, we bring you the most popular transfer news and rumours doing the rounds on August 31st.

Serie A

- Juventus have agreed personal terms to bring back Juan Cuadrado on three season-long loan from Chelsea. The player spent last season on loan at Juventus, playing an integral part of their Serie A and Champions League campaign. The Italian club will be paying £4.2 Million to get the services of the Colombian for three years. with an option to buy him outright for a fee of £16.8 Million.

- Joe Hart has signed for Torino on a season-long deal after being axed by Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola. Hart had the option of joining Sunderland but England international decided to move abroad in order to get playing time and force his way back to City’s lineup next summer.

Hernanes will reportedly join Genoa once Juventus have completed the signing of Axel Witsel from Zenit St Petersburg. According to Tuttomercatoweb, Hernanes is “very close” to joining Genova and is waiting for Witsel’s arrival in Turin. Juventus had also signed Miralem Pjanic earlier in the summer which has all but forced Hernanes out of the starting XI for Juventus.
