Toni Kroos holds the key for David De Gea's move to Spain

In order to complete a return back to his homeland, David De Gea is being linked with a direct swap deal with Toni Kroos. Don Balon understands that De Gea has told his close friends and Florentino Perez to let Manchester United sign Kroos in the summer which will ultimately pave the way for his return to Madrid. 

Jose Mourinho and United are long-term admirers of Kroos and see him as a potential replacement for Michael Carrick. 

Oriol Romeu ready to snub FC Barcelona

La Masia product and current Southampton midfielder Oriol Romeu has revealed that he is not considering a move back to his former club. Romeu made just two appearances for Barcelona before being shipped to Chelsea. 

Goal.com have revealed that Romeu wants regular playing time at this point in his career and is hence ready to snub an interest from the European giants.
