FC Barcelona close to announcing the arrival of Arthur Melo
Goal understands that Barcelona and Gremio have struck a deal for the transfer of midfielder Arthur Melo. The 21-year-old is set to join the Catalans in 2019 with Barcelona paying €30 million to the Brazilian side up front and €10 million further in add-ons.
