Twitter explodes as Paulo Dybala inspired Juventus thrash Barcelona 3-0
Barcelona succumbed to yet another away defeat in the UEFA Champions League as they lost 3-0 to Juventus in Turin. The Catalan giants had to record one of the greatest comebacks in the history of the game to progress to the quarter-final of the competition, as they overturned a 4-0 defeat against PSG in the round of 16.
The Blaugrana will have to pull off a similar comeback against the Old Lady in the second leg if they want to progress to the penultimate stage of the competition. All eyes were on the trio of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar before the game, but it was another Argentine who stole the show in Turin – Paulo Dybala.
The 23-year-old scored a first-half brace to provide his team with the platform to push the Catalan outfit to the edge before Giorgio Chiellini headed home the 3rd goal for the Turin outfit to seal the win for his team.
Twitter, as you would expect, didn’t hold back against the Blaugrana and here are the best tweets:
