Twitter reacts after Carlo Ancelotti is sacked by Bayern Munich
The season is barely two months old but we already have a very high-profile sacking in the form of Carlo Ancelotti. Bayern Munich officially confirmed that they were parting ways with immediate effect with assistant coach Willy Sagnol appointed manager on a temporary basis.
The Bundesliga champions lost 3-0 to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Wednesday night and the humiliating defeat in the group stages seemed like the last straw for the club's hierarchy.
When Ancelotti replaced Pep Guardiola, he was seen as the man to bring the Champions League trophy back to Munich but the club only managed to win the Bundesliga - a trophy they have won five times in a row.
Disagreements with players also cropped up and soon the Italian was on the defensive at press conferences when questions were posed on his future.

It's a big decision from the German club and here's how Twitter reacted to the news.
AC Milan fans are unhappy with Vincenzo Montella. The ideal replacement? Ancelotti has won the Champions League there after all.
Will Bayern replace him with Julian Nagelsmann though?
Or a former player maybe?
And yet some managers just don't get the sack no matter what.
