Twitter trolls Leeds United for new crest, fans launch petition to stop its implementation
With the current crest being in use for 20 seasons, Leeds United unveiled their new crest today and it's not gone the way they expected it.
Their new crest will be used from the start of the 2018/19 season. The fresh design has the club name in bold text and a person doing the 'The Leeds United salute'.
But judging from the fans reaction, they will be way too early. The fans have already started a petition to stop the club from using this crest. Within an hour, the Change.org petition got over 10,000 signnatures and the numbers are only increasing.
