Usain Bolt to play for Manchester United
According to a report in the Sun, Usain Bolt will play for his favourite club, Manchester United, in Rio Ferdinand’s testimonial match versus Sevilla. The fastest man on earth will play for United against Sevilla on August 9.
Bolt on various platforms has mentioned he would love to play for Manchester United when his sprinting career is over as he believes he is up to the task.
The Sun is quoted as saying: “Usain has finally got his wish and he’ll be lining up alongside Rio. It should be quite a game. It will be fascinating to see if Usain’s speed will be matched by his passing and ball control.”
It is understood that it was Bolt’s good friend Rio Ferdinand who persuaded his new manager David Moyes to play Bolt in what should be a cracking watch at Old Trafford, as we can expect a full-house there to see Bolt play!
