Chelsea took another step forward in the pre-season, making it five wins from five games with a good performance against AC Milan. Two goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Andre Schuerrle sealed a place in the final against Real Madrid on Wednesday.

Jose Mourinho and Carlo Ancelotti will take on their former sides in the final as we build to the Premier League opener against Hull in two week’s time.
