Video: Ezequeil Lavezzi cools off coach by squirting water in the World Cup match against Nigeria

Argentine winger Ezequeil Lavezzi nonchalantly squirted water on manager Alejandro Sabella when he took a break in the 71st minute in the final group game against Nigeria in the World Cup 2014.

Lavezzi who replaced the injured Sergio Aguero just before half-time took a break to have a drink on the touchline owing to the increasing temperatures in Brazil. The wily winger who plays for French champions Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1 appeared to squirt water on Sabella while taking swigs intentionally as the manager was busy barking out the orders.

Rumours in the media that Sabella doesn’t have the  full support of the Argentina team because of his tactics, this incident only confirms it. Sabella’s 5-3-2 starting formation had been changed to Lionel Messi’s favoured 4-3-3 at half-time due to a rebellion against Sabella.

Argentina won the match 3-2 cruising to the last-16 stage with Messi scoring a brace and that wasn’t even the biggest news coming out of the match shows the unrest in the dressing room against the Head coach.
