Andres Iniesta vows to never leave Barcelona as he held a news conference on Thursday (September 26th) in Barcelona, Spain, ahead of La Liga match against Almeria

“We intend to go to Almeria’s stadium and win the game. We want to continue winning three points at a time. We want to continue in this same way and keep improving. The games away from home are still a bit more complicated. We don’t want to continue winning for any record with its logical historical value but because we want to keep winning, improving in the competition and to continue to grow as a team.”

“My intention and wish is to finish my career here. And the club also has the same wishes. From that onwards everything is following its normal course. This is not a war of Barca versus Iniesta. Here we all want the same and we will all reach that agreement. There are no complications. Little else I can say.”

“This isn’t a question of money. Of earning accordingly as the second, third or fight best player in the world. As I said before I want to stay here because I still have good years ahead of me as a player. And in no other place will I be better than here. Here people love and respect me.
