Matchday three is well underway in the ISL and NorthEast United are all set to lock horns with FC Goa today. Both sides are sitting pretty in the top-four with four points apiece and the opportunity to move to the top of the ISL standings makes the game an enticing prospect.

Competition debutants FC Odisha got off the mark yesterday with a comprehensive 4-2 victory over Mumbai City FC, leaving fellow newcomers FC Hyderabad as the only winless side left in the 2019/20 edition of the ISL.

As two unbeaten sides are set to go head to head, let's look at some of the important information regarding the game.

ISL schedule today - 1st November, Friday

NorthEast United FC v FC Goa - Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium, Guwahati

Kickoff: 19:30 hrs IST

NorthEast United went through a summer of change, as Eelco Schattorie left to take over the reins at Kerala Blasters and star striker Bartholomew Ogbeche followed his manager to join the Yellow Army. The Highlanders are unbeaten after matchday two, as are their opponents FC Goa who have carried on from where they left off last season.

Last season's finalists have started the season in fine form and will look to go all the way this season after Bengaluru FC scored a last-gasp winner in the 2018/19 edition of the ISL to win their maiden league title.
