Injury rules out East Bengal's Harmanjot Khabra and Gurwinder Singh for I-League opener
XtraTime reports Kolkata giants East Bengal Club are set to miss the services of Harmanjot Singh Khabra & Gurwinder Singh due to injury in their I-League opener against Sporting Clube de Goa.
Harmanjot Khabra is a 26-year-old midfielder who joined East Bengal back in 2009. He is a member of the famed Tata Football Academy.
28-year-old Gurwinder Singh is a defender who has been playing for East Bengal since 2010. The 6-foot tall center back represented Kerala Blasters in the Indian Super League.
The loss of these two experienced players will be a blow to East Bengal as they look to reclaim the I-League title back from Bengaluru FC.
