What is the lore behind the Cyber Infiltration Pack in Fortnite?

The Cyber Infiltration Pack in Fortnite contains anime characters that likely take inspiration from a Cyberpunk setting or theme. All three of them: Chigusa, Megumi, and Yuki are in a battle against R.E.M Corp in some way or the other. Chigusa is a journalist turned vigilante, Megumi is an ex-security guard who turned against her bosses, and Yuki is an expert hacker.
