The Fortnite FNCS 2024: Major 3 Grand Finals are set to kick off on July 27, 2024, and the excitement surrounding this event is immense. Featuring a staggering prize pool of $1.85 million, this tournament is likely to attract one of the largest viewerships in FNCS' recent history.

The NA region has produced some of the best Fortnite content creators and pros who have massively contributed to the game's popularity. With that in mind, here are the five North American duos to keep an eye on in the Fortnite FNCS 2024: Major 3 Grand Finals.

1) Acorn and Cold

Acorn and Cold are among the most talked about duos in the Fortnite competitive scene in 2024.

Abdullah "Acorn" Akhras is a Canadian player who plays for Team Dignitas. Cold is based in the USA and is currently signed with Manchester City Esports. Both have been active in the competitive scene since 2019 and are two of the highest-earning Fortnite pros, with both acquiring over $100,000 through FN tournaments.

The duo booked its spot in the Fortnite FNCS 2024: Global Championships in dominant fashion after finishing first in the Major 1 Grand Finals. Additionally, this team qualified for the Major 3 Grand Finals after it got the top position in the Upper Brackets of the Semi-finals.


2) Peterbot and Pollo

Peterbot and Pollo are no strangers in the competitive community. The former is currently signed with Agent Gaming, with whom he has qualified for the upcoming Fortnite Esports World Cup 2024. Pollo, on the other hand, is a 16-year-old Mexican player currently playing for Exceed.

This duo recently made history by finishing first in the Fortnite FNCS 2024: Major 2 Grand Finals with over 1,000 points. As such, the team secured a position in the Global Championships with ease.


3) Mongraal and MrSavage

Finding the duo of European icons Kyle "Mongraal" Jackson and Martin Foss "MrSavage" Andersen on this NA Region list could be surprising for many Fortnite fans.

After performing poorly in the previous Major Grand Finals in the EU region, the duo considered playing in the NA region for a change, and it surprisingly paid off. Mongraal was the only player throughout the Major 3 Semi-finals to deal over 4,000 damage in the NA region.

Fans have been super excited about the duo's comeback in the competitive scene, and many believe that the team might just have the potential to qualify for the Fortnite FNCS 2024: Global Championship.


4) Ritual and Reet

Ritual and Reet are two of the highest-earning North American Fortnite pros of 2024. The latter is currently signed with Swamp Gaming. Ritual, on the other hand, is part of the fan-favorite XSET Fortnite roster and has qualified for the Esports World Cup 2024 as well.

This duo has already secured its spot in the Fortnite FNCS 2024: Global Championships after coming second in the Major 2 Grand Finals. These two players are known for their aggressive playstyle and getting a lot of eliminations in S-tier tournaments.

5) Cooper and Khanada

Cooper "Cooper" Smith and Leon "Khanada" Khim are two of the most popular North American Fortnite pros. Both are signed to Team Dignitas and have been playing together since the FNCS 2024: Major 2.

The duo has already qualified for the FNCS 2024: Global Championships after finishing the Major 2 Grand Finals in third place. Khanada has also qualified for the Esports World Cup 2024. Cooper, on the other hand, was the winner of 2023's Global Championship alongside Mero.
