The Fortnite Esports World Cup 2024 main event is starting soon and the hype in the community is palpable. Starting on August 8, 2024, this tournament features the top 16 teams worldwide competing for a life-changing prize pool of $1.25 million. The MVP of the tournament will receive a bonus prize of $50,000. Almost half of the players who qualified for this tournament are under the age of 18.

Mshx (born January 4, 2009) is a Kuwait-based player who has qualified for the Fortnite Esports World Cup under the team BNMF, from the MENA region. At 15, he has earned over $37,000 in esports winnings and has placed pretty well in all the FNCS Major Grand Finals in the last two years.
2) t3eny
Slovenian powerhouse t3eny is one of the highest-earning Fortnite players in 2024. He is currently signed with Team Falcons and pre-qualified for the Fortnite Esports World Cup after winning the Dreamhack Dallas 2024 alongside TaySon, Chico, and Japko.
3) Alex
Alex Richmond (August 9, 2008) is an Australian powerhouse currently signed with popular YouTuber Lachlan's team PWR. He is arguably the best Fortnite player from the Oceania region alongside his teammate Austin "worthy" King, consistently placing first and second in every FNCS Major since the start of 2023. Not only is he qualified for the Fortnite Esports World Cup, but also for the upcoming FNCS Global Championship 2024, starting in September 2024.
4) Koyota
Koyota (December 11, 2007) is a Japanese player with ZETA DIVISION since May 14, 2024. He has a great FNCS run in 2024 so far, placing second and third during Major 1 and Major 2 in the APJ region respectively. ZETA DIVISION won the Closed Qualifiers for the EWC 2024 in a dominant fashion, pulling every opponent's attention towards them.

5) Minipayo
Minipayo (November 12, 2007) is a Japanese Fortnite player with ZETA DIVISION. With over $46,000 in esports earnings, he is one of the most consistent players from the APJ region. He missed a spot in the FNCS Global Championship 2024 just by a few positions during both the Majors. However, the APJ region competitive community has high hopes for him in the Fortnite Esports World Cup as well as FNCS 2024 Major 3.
