“Even the LEGO is good”: Community is loving the Fortnite Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit
Epic Games recently added the Fortnite Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit to the game through the Cursed Sails Pass, released in celebration of the game's collaboration with the beloved Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. The crossover has been long awaited by many in the community, and Epic Games has delivered not just one but two different Jack Sparrow Outfits in Chapter 5 Season 3.
This was highlighted in a recent Reddit post shared by u/Successful-March8805, where the player revealed how the Fortnite Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit being called ugly was a major draw for them to purchase the Cursed Sails Fortnite Pass. The player included an image of the Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit, one of the two outfits featured in the Pass.
The Reddit post ignited a flurry of reactions from the Fortnite community, with Reddit user u/Metroidvaniac_Manor expressing their appreciation for the LEGO Fortnite version of the Jack Sparrow Outfit and stating:
“Even the LEGO is good”
Other members of the community took to the comments to express their takes on the Fortnite Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit. Reddit user u/Chance-Order-5385 highlighted how they have never encountered a player that called the Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit ugly. Reddit user u/nukemypup, however, stated that it makes sense to call the skin ugly due to it being a skeleton.
Meanwhile, Reddit user u/OGSwiftOne expressed their appreciation for the Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit, highlighting how it was the only reason they purchased the Cursed Sails Pass. Reddit user u/ForceRich9524, on the other hand, conveyed how they like both the Jack Sparrow Outfits as well as the Sparrow Run Fortnite Emote.
How to get the Fortnite Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit
The Fortnite Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit is part of the many Pirates of the Caribbean-themed offerings of the Cursed Sails Pass, and you can unlock the skin by progressing through the Pass. However, you have to purchase the Premium Reward Track for this. Doing so will instantly unlock the Fortnite Jack Sparrow Outfit and allow you to unlock the Cursed Jack Sparrow Outfit as you progress.
To progress through the Cursed Sails Pass, you have to earn Cursed Gold in Fortnite, which you can do by engaging with and completing Pirates of the Caribbean quests.
