Fortnite Festival Season 6 Pass: Complete list of free and premium rewards
Like previous season passes, the Fortnite Festival Season 6 features two tracks: Free Rewards Track and Premium Rewards Track. Players must complete quests and earn XP to unlock these items. The Festival Points system has been removed, making progression easier for everyone. The cost of Premium Festival Pass has been decreased from 1,800 to 1,400 V-bucks.

The LBC '93 Dogg Outfit doesn't have a LEGO variant yet, but we can expect it to arrive in the future as Epic Games keeps updating the list of playable LEGO Outfits.
