Disney is set to announce their roadmap with Fortnite collaborations at the D23 livestream and players are excited about what to expect. Many new leaks have surfaced ahead of the stream, suggesting a wide array of collaborations lined up, including the critically acclaimed Kingdom Hearts series.

Fortnite leaks suggest Kingdom Hearts is on its way to the game
The latest Fortnite leaks suggest that Kingdom Hearts could be a major part of the upcoming collaboration with Disney. According to the latest leaks by @DaRyo1989, a legacy leaker and data miner, the Disney D23 event will feature major additions to the game.
Kingdom Hearts is one of the most popular action role-playing games and features several Disney Characters in imaginary universes. These games are based around Sora, the protagonist who wields the Keyblade weapon to open new portals to worlds and defeat the Heartless. The collaboration with the popular franchise is set to bring some major cosmetics and features to the game.
What can players expect from the Fortnite x Disney and Kingdom Hearts Collaboration?
Players can expect a host of new cosmetics like Outfits, Back Blings, Emotes, and Pickaxes to make their way to the Fortnite Item Shop as part of the collaboration.
Outfits based on characters like Sora, Riku, and Kairi are expected to be available. Cosmetics could also be based on the Heartless, the arch-nemesis in the franchise. Additional leaks also suggest that a new mythic weapon based on the Keyblade could be introduced.
The special Keyblade weapon will be a Mythic weapon, similar to the scrolls and Kamehameha the Avatar and Dragon Ball Z collaborations, respectively. The Mythic Keyblade weapon can allegedly shoot fire, ice, and lightning as well as provide healing support, making it a powerful weapon if it arrives on the island. Apart from Kingdom Hearts, Fortnite leaks also suggest that Disney has other collaborations in mind.
What else is coming as part of the Fortnite x Disney collaboration
The Fortnite leaks also suggest that apart from Kingdom Hearts, Disney plans on introducing characters like Darkwing Duck and Gargoyles alongside major Marvel characters in the D23 event. Recent leaks also suggest the arrival of Doctor Doom, which could herald a Marvel-themed season for Chapter 5 Season 4.
Additionally, leaks also suggest that the Fortnite Item Shop will have a permanent Disney shop tab that will contain all the Disney and Marvel characters and cosmetics featured in-game. This will supposedly include future Disney and Marvel characters as well, allowing players to purchase these cosmetics even after specific events are over.
This comes right after Fortnite announced the removal of exclusivity of the Battle Pass Outfits and cosmetics, allowing for the introduction of further collaborations in-game. Players can look out for a host of popular Outfits and cosmetics to return to the Item Shop soon.
