Fortnite leaks suggest Nitro pipes will bring the Leviathan back to life
The latest set of Fortnite leaks suggests that the Nitro mined from Redline Rig will bring the Leviathan back to life. Chapter 5 Season 3 begins with the massive ship crashing into the shore of the island and the creation of the named location, Brutal Beachhead. So, what is the fate of the massive ship that stands menacingly at the edge?

The Leviathan might come back to life, according to latest Fortnite leaks
Nitro has become an important part of the Chapter 5 Season 3 plot
Nitro has become an integral part of the gameplay, ranging from Nitro boosts to Nitro Fists and Flaming Boost Hoops. The Redline Rig, which is a huge pumping machine, is established as the mining rig from where the Nitro is produced and flows to the entire map.
Throughout the season, a steady pipeline was being built that started at Redline Rig and slowly inched towards Leviathan at Brutal Beachhead. The Redline Rig is essentially a big engine that pumps massive amounts of Nitro to fuel the Leviathan.
Where is all the Nitro going?
All the mined Nitro is slowly being transported through a network of pipes that begins at Redline Rig and will supposedly end at Brutal Beachhead. The latest gameplay shows that the network of pipelines is almost complete. Leaks by @FNChiefAko, a legacy leaker and data miner also reinforce this claim:
This pipeline will supposedly mine the Nitro and carry it to the Leviathan, which is present at Brutal Beachhead. Nitro has already been established as a powerful resource and a fuel that boosts vehicles and items so it is natural that this powerful resource can fuel such a large ship like the Leviathan and revive it.
The large network carrying the Nitro from Redline Rig is connected and patched through another major landmark, Megalo Depot. This further reinforces the fact that the Nitro is being mined using the large engine at Redline Rig and stored at Megalo Depot which is acting as a reservoir for the highly reactive material till the pipeline is complete and it flows to the Leviathan.
When could the Leviathan come to life?
Speculation and Fortnite leaks suggest that the Leviathan comes to life at the end of Chapter 5 Season 3 as a season-end event. Another clue towards this is in the name itself — Leviathan is Latin for a large sea monster or a large machine. Players can also go to Brutal Beachhead and notice the Nitro meter/gauge on the ship reads empty. According to legacy leaker @HYPEX, who has consistently provided reliable Fortnite leaks such as the Deadpool and Wolverine skins, there will be a mini-event that can be tracked through the gauge:
The leaks also state that players can gradually see the pipeline carrying Nitro once it is complete. If it starts flowing into Leviathan, players can expect the massive ship to either continue to rampage across the island or unleash some hidden power or weapon to deal havoc. Only further developments and events can truly state what the end of Chapter 5 Season 3 has in mind for the Leviathan.
This is everything we know from the Fortnite leaks suggesting that the Leviathan will be waking up to continue its rampage.
