Fortnite Only Up Impossible is a new death run genre map, one of the most difficult recent UEFN maps in the game. Designed by @lootcreates, it was released on August 3, 2024, and has seen thousands of daily concurrent players ever since. The map was even featured in the Community Momentum and People Love sections of the Fortnite Discovery Tab.

The creator of Fortnite Only Up Impossible recently took to social media platform X to share the UEFN map code of this map. This post by @lootstationyt gained thousands of likes within a day.

The map code to access Fortnite Only Up Impossible is 4666-3779-4638. The username of this game mode's creator is "lootcreates" in the game. Up to twenty people can play this map in both public and private lobbies.

To locate the map, follow these steps:

  • Head over to the search icon on the top-left corner in the Battle Royale lobby.
  • Paste the map code or type it in. However, in case of the latter make sure to add the dashes, or else it will not work.
  • Click on the Select button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

The concept of this map is similar to the other Only Up-themed maps in Fortnite. Your goal is to overcome all the obstacles and reach the top. However, the difficulty of the obstacles and the amount of dedication required to finish the course are why it has "impossible" in its title.

Unlike other Only Up maps that are usually 1,500-2,000 meters, this map is a whopping 5,000 meters high. The obstacles also get more difficult as you progress. It could take an average player numerous hours to finish this map.

Additionally, there are various secret collectibles throughout the map. Each collectible grants a large amount of XP. You are rewarded with a certain amount of XP every few seconds while climbing up.


Ranking system of Fortnite Only Up Impossible map

The ranking system of this map is similar to the official Battle Royale game mode, starting from Bronze and going up to Unreal. The rank is assigned based on the maximum height you reach:

  • Bronze: 0 to 300 meters
  • Silver: 301 to 800 meters
  • Gold: 801 to 1,700 meters
  • Platinum: 1,700 to 2,000 meters
  • Diamond: 2,001 to 4,360 meters
  • Elite: 4,361 to 4,380 meters
  • Champion: 4,381 to 4,417 meters
  • Unreal: 4,418 to 5,000 meters

There's also a global leaderboard that keeps track of the fastest finishers in the world. However, the leaderboard is manually tracked for players need to send a screen recording to get featured.
