Fortnite Zombie Farm: UEFN map code, how to play, and more

Fortnite Zombie Farm is a survival UEFN map designed by biifrost. It was released on December 30, 2020, but started to regain popularity recently after its massive content update on July 16, 2024. The map has peaked at well over 3,600 concurrent players and has been featured in the Trending and Top Rated sections of Fortnite's Discovery Tab.

The map code to access Fortnite Zombie Farm is 4815-5387-2781. The creator's username, "bifrost", can be seen right below the game title. Up to five people can play this map in public and private lobbies. However, it is recommended to play this map alone if you want a better and challenging experience.

To locate the map, follow these steps:

Head to the search icon on the top-left corner in the main Battle Royale lobby.
Paste the map code. Make sure to add the dashes, as it will not work otherwise.
After pasting the code, click the Select button in the screen's bottom-left corner.

How to play

Fortnite Zombie Farm is a never-ending zombie survival and shooter game mode that is played in an agricultural environment consisting of a farmhouse, barn, and a few other POIs. You spawn with a grey assault rifle and 50 coins. Every 30 seconds, a zombie wave starts which lasts for two minutes. Each zombie wave is more difficult and chaotic than the last one.

Various rooms inside the farmhouse can be unlocked using coins, and each of them has different chests and vending machines. It is to be noted that hiding in a room during the zombie wave won't help as the zombies can walk through the door even if it is closed. It is a pretty rewarding map that gives bonus XP for unlocking doors, eliminating zombies, surviving waves, and many other basic activities.

There are various NPCs across the map that trade weapons, ammo, and bonus XP in return for coins. The only way to earn coins is by eliminating zombies. There are various side quests that players can do to earn XP, and coins, and unlock secret areas:

Find the coins: There are various hidden coins across the map (not to be confused with the currency coins used to buy items in the game). Finding all the coins will open many rooms on the upper floor of the farmhouse.
Find the doors: Various secret doors across the map are difficult to find. Opening all the doors will reward the player with a large XP bonus and 999 ammo for all the weapons.

Tips to survive longer in Fortnite Zombie Farm

Here are a few things players can do to survive the zombie waves in Fortnite Zombie Farm:

Use weapons such as SMG or Assault Rifles instead of Shotguns in early rounds.
As you progress, try to collect as many rockets as you can and buy a Grenade Launcher from the vending machine to do multiple kills with ease.
Don't stop running. Staying idle will get you surrounded by hundreds of zombies, and an escape would be close to impossible.
Don't use more than one slot for healing items. Your health and shield gradually increase on their own. Having weapons in at least four slots will help you switch and keep attacking without a break.

Fortnite Zombie Farm is not as easy as the other UEFN survival maps. Playing it solo would be extremely difficult even for the most skilled Fortnite players, as they can not build and the supply of ammo is quite difficult.

Nonetheless, it is a nice escape from the classic Battle Royale genre and brings a fresh new experience to the world of Fortnite. Various combat-themed outfits would fit the vibe of this map.
