LEGO Fortnite player recreates Call of Duty Maps, fans are amazed
Thanks to the procedurally generated worlds and the limitless choices players have, LEGO Fortnite is a virtual arena filled with endless creation possibilities. This popular game mode in Fortnite allows players to recreate their favorite buildings or build their dream homes. But sometimes, players like @BricksandBattles take it even further, building entire Call of Duty maps in-game.
Reddit user @BricksandBattles recreates popular Call of Duty Maps like Highrise, Nuketown, and Rust in LEGO. These are some of the most loved arenas brought to life through the countless hours spent on their creation and detailing.
These builds comprise unique combinations of foundations, floors, walls, supports, and more to create these detailed buildings. While some of these structures can be found easily, others are part of specific packs or themed sets that can be obtained from the Fortnite Item Shop as and when they appear.
The user also stated that it took him over two weeks to create these maps in-game, a testament to the hard work and dedication that Fortnite players have. Many were eager to know how to make these complex builds and @BricksandBattles promised to make a tutorial soon.
The Reddit post garnered a lot of attention and reaction from the community, with user u/Bearded_Beardy at a loss for words:
"Amazing.. just loss of words for this build! LOVE it"
Some users were surprised that such a complex build could be made in LEGO Fortnite, with Redditor u/XGamingPigYT wondering how this build did not hit the game's limit:
"More surprised you didn't hit any build limits wow"
Some users could not believe how such a detailed map could be built in LEGO Fortnite, with the creator responding that it took "lots of dedication". Another user commented that all the builds look sick, still intrigued that these popular maps have been so accurately recreated in-game.
Could LEGO Fortnite collaborate with Call of Duty?
At the moment, there is no information about any collaboration between Epic Games and Call of Duty. There were some leaks about a potential collaboration back in 2023, but nothing came to fruition.
Furthermore, seeing as CoD or Call of Duty has no collaborations of its own planned out, it may not want to collaborate with Epic Games. It would likely be a conflict of interest for both parties involved, despite fans wishing to see this beloved franchise making its way to Fortnite.
