Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4: All new Medallions and what they do
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 has brought a Marvel-themed entourage to the island, including the nefarious Doctor Doom and saviors like Captain Jonesy. The update also introduced a host of new content, including weapons, mythics, consumables, and Medallions.
Since being added in Chapter 5 Season 1, Medallions have been a highlight of the FN Battle Royale experience. Here are all the new ones in the game.
Three new Medallions make their way to Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4
Medallions are special items that grant unique passive effects. They are obtained by eliminating bosses.
Here are all the new Medallions in Chapter 5 Season 4 and the adversaries holding them:
Siphon Medallion
The Siphon Medallion grants players Health and Shield Siphon when they eliminate opponents. It can be obtained by defeating the Doombot in the Castle Doom throne room. This Medallion is based on Marvel lore, where Doombots are immune to mental, emotional, and illusory attacks.
Defeating the Doombot in the Castle Doom throne room also grants you the hair-trigger Monarch Pistol, a weapon introduced in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4.
Stealth Medallion
The Stealth Medallion grants players temporary invisibility when they're crouched, making it ideal to use for sneaking up on opponents and eliminating them. It can be obtained by defeating Mysterio in Doomstadt, one of the new locations on the Season 4 map.
Beating the foe also yields the Mythic Sovereign Shotgun, a powerful lever-action Shotgun with exceptionally precise aim.
Reveal Medallion
The Reveal Medallion occasionally shows the locations of all nearby enemies, similar to the Scout Specialist NPC powers seen previously in Fortnite. Players can obtain it by defeating Emma Frost at The Raft prison.
Emerging victorious against her will also earn gamers the Striker Burst Rifle, which is now moddable as part of the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 update. This is a reliable weapon making its return.
