The loading screen shows Captain Jonesy, one of the Marvel variants of Jones, coming across Steve Rogers' original shield in an underground basement or hideout. The signature shield also has a note attached to it:
"I thought you could use this - Steve Rogers"
This is a subtle tribute to the original Captain America. It indicates that it is now time for him to hand over the charge to the next generation of Marvel Superheroes like Captain Jonesy.
The shot of Captain Jonesy lifting the shield essentially establishes his canon as the Captain America/Jonesy of the island's universe in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4.
