This news was first shared by @FN_Assist on X, a reliable source of Fortnite leaks. According to the post, the recent string hotfix updated an upcoming cosmetic item's name from "Snip Snip" to "VicBlends." The type of cosmetic item is not confirmed yet, but it is likely to be an Icon Series Emote. The term "Snip Snip" aligns with VicBlend's content on social media as well.
The creator fueled the rumors about the Fortnite x VicBlends collaboration by resharing the post by @FN_Assist a few minutes later with the "👀" emoji. This post started gaining traction very quickly, as it is very rare to get such hints from official accounts about upcoming collaborations.
VicBlends went on to delete his initial repost but subsequently reposted @ShiinaBR's post about the collaboration on his profile later. The release date of the Fortnite x VicBlends collaboration is yet to be known.
Who is VicBlends?
VicBlends is a celebrity barber, podcaster, and entrepreneur who started getting popular after posting various videos about his haircutting skills on TikTok during the COVID-19 pandemic. Later, he started uploading haircut videos with some of the biggest internet celebrities and rappers on YouTube.
Assuming that the VicBlends collaboration will be an Icon Series Emote, it is likely to cost 500 V-bucks to purchase when available in the Item Shop, just like other emotes of a similar rarity. It is to be noted that these are pure speculations and the final product could differ.
