Fortnite leaks hint at upcoming Chapter 5 Season 4 map changes
New Fortnite leaks about Chapter 5 Season 4 have just surfaced, and they reveal some of the map changes players can expect to see down the line in Absolute Doom. Doctor Doom's takeover of the Island has been in full swing in the current season, and with these new map changes, it seems like Doom is hellbent on establishing himself as the ruling entity on the Island.
The leaks were brought forward by @FNBRWatch, a prominent personality in the Fortnite community. @FNBRWatch has provided accurate information about the game on multiple occasions. This includes the newly released Iron Spider skin, which only adds credibility to the leak.
Fortnite leaks hint at Doom's plans for the Chapter 5 Island
According to the leaks brought forward by @FNBRWatch, Epic Games is likely to introduce a floating version of Doom's head on the Island. The leaks suggest Doom's Forge, located near the Doom Castle POI, will soon receive some changes, with Doctor Doom's head floating above the Forge. @FNBRWatch even shared a rough look at what this could look like in the post.
The leaks also suggest that Doctor Doom's head will actually turn to look at nearby players, further adding to the object's vibe of being used as a way to watch over the Island's residents. While it is unclear what other purpose this could serve in Chapter 5 Season 4, it at least suggests Doom is planning something involving the Forge at the Doom Castle POI.
Note that there have been rumors regarding Mephisto potentially showing up in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, possibly tying into Doctor Doom's mission to save his mother from hell. Only time will tell how these new map changes contribute to shaping the future of Chapter 5 Season 4.
