Fortnite post on social media showcases the upcoming Mechagodzilla and King Kong bundle

The latest post by Fortnite on social media platform X offers players a sneak peek into the game's upcoming Mecha Godzilla and King Kong bundle. The two monsters were one of the highlights of this chapter, being teased through various map changes and teasers in-game.

This new post depicts another variant of the Godzilla skin that is offered to players as part of the Battle Pass. However, these new outfits will not be available in the Battle Pass or Crew and will have to be purchased from the Fortnite Item Shop separately.

According to data mined by legacy data miners and leakers @Hypex and @ShiinaBR, many cosmetics related to the popular characters are set to make their way to the game.

Here are the items and their expected prices, based on the Fortnite leaks:

  • Mecha Godzilla and King Kong bundle: 2800 V-Bucks
  • Mecha Godzilla: 1800 V-Bucks
  • King Kong: 1500 V-Bucks
  • Emote: 400 V-Bucks
  • Two Wraps: 500 V-Bucks each
  • Two Pickaxes: 800 V-Bucks each

As with most bundles, fans of Godzilla and Kong will also be able to purchase items such as skins, Emotes, or Pickaxes from the bundle individually.

Additionally, a King Kong-themed Nissan Skyline GT-R is reportedly set to arrive, priced at 2800 V-Bucks. It will feature the car's body and custom decals based on the popular character. Leaks also suggest this cosmetic is not part of the Mecha Godzilla and King Kong bundle — it has to be purchased separately. The pack will contain animated decals, wheels, and other car-related cosmetics.

However, players will have to wait for the Mecha Godzilla and King Kong bundle to come to the game to see if these leaks hold true. The skins arrive alongside additional leaks that suggest Kaiju No. 8 could also join these two giants and add to the game's ever-expanding roster of collaborations with popular game and film franchises.
