Fortnite leaks state old Marvel Mythics are coming back, Avengers Chests and Stark Drones too

According to the latest Fortnite leaks, Marvel Mythics from Chapter 2 are coming back. They are yet to be added to the title, but they are present in the game's files. As such, Epic Games might be planning to release them. This information was brought to light by veteran leakers/data miners ShiinaBR and XTigerHyperX2. Given their reputation for being accurate, this is likely more than just hearsay.

Furthermore, with Chapter 5 Season 4 being Marvel-themed, it would make sense to add them to the game as the season progresses. That said, the total number of Marvel Mythics is rather on the high side.

There are six Mythics confirmed from Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 and another 15 from Chapter 2 Season 4. Epic Games could rotate them on a weekly basis to avoid cluttering the loot pool. They could even be planning a Marvel LTM (limited time mode) that would feature all Marvel Mythics. That would be the best potential solution. However, that's not all that is slated to return.

Keeping Mythics aside, more leaks have surfaced related to Fortnite items from the last Marvel season. According to leakers/data miners Wensoing and HYPEX, Avengers Chests and Stark Drones will be returning as well. Although Iron Man will not be part of this season, having items associated with him would be nice.

That said, it is unclear if these items will be redesigned or added as is. At times, Epic Games creates new variants of things to keep gameplay fresh. Given that they have not been in-game since Chapter 2 Season 4, there's no need to revamp the design for now.

That said, with the Fortnite downtime today (August 16, 2024) getting underway, more leaks will surface over the next few hours. While Doom may be the main antagonist for the season, certain items will steal the spotlight every now and then.
