Fortnite rumor: Lana Del Rey and Calvin Harris could collaborate with Fortnite soon
According to the latest Fortnite rumor, Lana Del Rey and Calvin Harris could collaborate with Epic Games soon. The information was brought to light by SamLeakss, who has been spot-on about upcoming collaborations for Rocket Racing and Rocket League. The information was also reshared by veteran leakers HYPEX and ShiinaBR.
That said, details about the potential collaboration with Lana Del Rey and Calvin Harris were sent to the leaker by a reliable source. The source in question has been praised when it comes to information about Fortnite Festival.
Given how dynamic things have become for Festival, it is not difficult and certainly not impossible to imagine a collaboration with Lana Del Rey and/or Calvin Harris. That said, here is everything we know thus far.
The latest Fortnite rumor suggests star-studded collaboration with Lana Del Rey and Calvin Harris
As SamLeakss stated about the Fortnite rumor, it is unclear how these artists will be featured in-game. They could either have dedicated Icon Emotes with their songs as background score/music and/or have their songs added as Festival Jam Tracks. This is something that Epic Games has been doing for numerous artists ever since Fortnite Festival went live in December 2023.
That said, there is no indication that either artist will be getting an Icon Series Outfit in-game. As seen from past collaborations, only artists that feature in Fortnite Festival or are part of some in-game event (mini and/or live) are given their very own Outfit. The Juice WRLD Outfit is perhaps the only exception, as the artist is being posthumously honored and immortalized in the Metaverse.
That said, take this Fortnite rumor with a pinch of salt, although a collaboration could very well be on the horizon. However, until there is some proof in terms of data found in the game's files, it would be unwise to jump to conclusions.

That said, considering that the current featured artist for Festival Season 6 is Snoop Dogg, the sky is truly the limit when it comes to the metaverse. With the K-Pop group NewJeans collaboration allegedly coming in January 2025, who's to say that Lana Del Rey and/or Calvin Harris can't have a concert as well?
