Rosette Tigeress skin in Fortnite could be a freebie in Chapter 2 Remix

According to LHibou8 on X.com and veteran leaker HYPEX, the Rosette Tigeress skin in Fortnite could be a freebie in the Chapter 2 Remix. With this being the grand finale before Chapter 6, it would make sense for Epic Games to give out freebies as a token of appreciation. This is quite common — the developers have done it repeatedly throughout the many Seasons.

The Feilna skin in Fortnite is the most recent freebie Epic Games has given out to players. On a side note, if you haven't yet gotten it, you have until December 9, 2024, to earn 50 Account Levels to unlock it. As such, you have time until the end of Week 1 of Chapter 6 Season 1.

According to HYPEX, the Rosette Tigeress skin in Fortnite could be a freebie for a major reason: it has no Item Shop support. Cosmetics that have no support for the official Item Shop are not listed, and as such are either given out as freebies or are obtainable by means other than purchasing them

HYPEX also noted that The Woven Fang Pickaxe associated with the Rosette Tigeress skin in Fortnite is earnable via quests. What these quests could be is unknown for the time being, but as aforementioned, this is something that Epic Games does quite often. This pattern of gifting freebies can be seen in Reboot Rallies as well. Players must complete certain tasks to get these cosmetics.

On an ending note, LHibou8 mentioned that the Back Bling and Pickaxe are reskins of older cosmetics. This is another reason Epic Games could give these and the Rosette Tigeress skin in Fortnite for free.
