As mentioned before, Doctor Doom is one of the hardest Fortnite bosses of all time. Upon entering the new named location in Fortnite, the Doombot's health bar appears at the top of the screen even if you are not nearby. As soon as you enter the castle, you will start to see warning messages from the NPC, but he won't attack immediately. However, if you try to get closer to him, he will get alerted and start attacking you.
It is very important to have a decent shotgun and assault rifle in-hand. Having a full shield and some heals in your inventory will help you as well.
