FFWS 2024 Global Finals Knockout Day 5: Overall standings and summary
The fifth day of the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2024 Global Finals Knockout ended on November 16. Buriram United from Thailand remained in the top spot with 340 points despite not playing on Day 5. Fluxo Esports ranked second with 326 points and two Booyahs after their 24 matches. Twisted Minds was third with 267 points and four Booyahs.
Corinthians came fourth with 260 points, while Bigetron Delta finished fifth with 243 points. Team Falcons pose to sixth place with 236 points after performing brilliantly on Day 5. WAG and Attack All Around have scored 235 and 232 points respectively. Evos Divine ranked ninth with 185 points but the team has played all their 24 matches.
WASK has been eliminated from the FFWS 2024 Global Finals as the club stood 16th in the overall standings with 129 points after 24 matches. Teams from Group B have played their all matches of the Knockout. Teams from Groups A and C will play their remaining six games on Sunday. Only the top 12 will move to the next phases.
Day 5 highlights of FFWS 2024 Global Finals
Match 1 - Bermuda
Team Falcons pulled off a 26-point Booyah in the day opener. Keroro from the team was the MVP with six eliminations. Corinthians was also impressive in this game as the Brazilian squad amassed 24 points. Pain Gaming, Fluxo, and E1 took 15, 14, and 14 points respectively.
Match 2 - Purgatory
Corinthians played exceptionally well in the second match to secure a 25-point Booyah. Fluxo added 18 points to their name, while Evos Divine managed 12 important points. Team Falcons and Attack All Around earned 12 points each.
Match 3 - Alpine
Team Falcons achieved its second Booyah of Day 5 of the FFWS and claimed 25 points. Player Onfire clinched five frags. E1 Esports, Fluxo, and CLG grabbed 19, 17, and 15 points respectively.
Match 4 - Kalahari
Attack All Around from Thailand sealed a huge 30-point Chicken Dinner. Their athlete Limit was the star performer of this match with seven kills. Evos Divine, E1, and Bigetron added 18, 17, and 15 points to their respective names. Team Falcons took 14 points.
Match 5 - Nexterra
Bigetron Delta clinched the fifth encounter with 23 points. Corinthians played aggressively to collect 27 points. WASK accumulated 16 points, while Attack All Around and Pain Gaming earned 13 points each.
Match 6 - Nexterra
Fluxo Esports registered a mammoth 34-point victory in the sixth battle of Day 5 of the FFWS. Attack All Around posted 25 points to their name. Pain Gaming, WAG, and Falcons picked up 13, 12, and 12 points respectively.
