Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2024 Global Finals Knockout: Groups, date, and format announced
The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2024 Global Finals is just around the corner. All regional qualifiers have already concluded, and 18 teams have been chosen for the upcoming Global Finals. It is planned to be held in three distinct stages; Knockout, Point Rush, and Grand Finals. All three stages will be organized in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The Knockout stage will be played at the Riocentro from November 8 to 17, 2024, while the Point Rush and Grand Finals stages will be hosted at the Carioca Arena 1 from November 22 to 24, 2024. Garena has yet to announce the total prize pool of this prestigious Free Fire tournament.
These 18 participants have been split into three groups of six teams each for the Knockout Stage. They will collide against each other across two weeks. The top 12 performing teams from the overall rankings will compete in the next two stages of the event. The bottom six teams will be eliminated from this sixth edition of the World Series.

The Esports World Cup 2024 was organized in July this year. Team Falcons were the undisputed champions of this international tournament. The Thai squad secured a spot in the FFWS 2024 Global Finals after winning the event.
A total of eight teams from the recently concluded World Series SEA Fall have qualified for this Global Finals. Buriram United was the winner of the event after demonstrating phenomenal performances. Twisted Minds and All Attack Around were also impressive there.
Fluxo has been performing well since the beginning of the year. The club recently conquered the FFWS Brazil. Pain Gaming, Corinthians, and E1 Sports also had emphatic performances in that event. These four teams from the host country will aim to achieve a podium in the Global Finals.
Six Karma, RETA, and CLG finished in the top three in the FFWS LATAM Points. WASK from MEA and Rezurrection from Pakistan have claimed a spot in the Global Finals after winning their regional qualifiers. These teams have an excellent chance to showcase their skills in the upcoming prestigious Free Fire tournament.
