Graphics

Graphics settings determine what kind of visuals and performance you will have. The Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO system requirements are not too forgiving; however, there's nothing to worry about as the following settings will provide the best balance between visuals and performance:

  • Battle Screen Type: 1 Screen Battle
  • Windowed Mode: Borderless
  • Resolution: 1920x1080
  • Screen Number (Borderless): 1
  • Resolution Scale: 100
  • V-Sync: Off
  • Anti-Aliasing Quality: Medium
  • Shadow Quality: Medium
  • Texture Quality: High
  • Post-processing Quality: Medium
  • Effect Quality: High
  • Depth of Field: Off
  • LOD Quality: Medium
  • Grass Quality: High
  • Motion Blur Quality: Off
  • Camera Shake: Medium
  • Destruction Effect Quality: High

With a mix of Medium and High settings, you should be able to achieve 60 FPS with fantastic visuals on most modern systems. However, if you have a low-end system, change the above settings to Low.

I chose 1080p as the resolution, but you may choose 1440p or even 4K if you have a supported display.

I've turned off V-sync since I have a Freesync display, but you should turn it on if you don't have a Freesync/G-sync compatible display.

Apply the following settings to make the game a bit easier:

  • Player Control Settings: Player 1

We decided to turn on Aim Assist for Guard and Recovery but left the rest off, or else the game may feel a bit too easy.
