What's new in Steam Deck OLED: Limited Edition?
The new Steam Deck OLED: Limited Edition has a completely white body, while the buttons, D-pad, thumbsticks and analog triggers are grey. This combination of white and grey certainly looks quite interesting, and many users would probably prefer it over the regular Steam Deck OLED.
Apart from that, the new handheld will come with a white carrying case and a white microfiber cloth for cleaning.
Does the limited edition model differ from the previous model?
In terms of specs and internal components, the Steam Deck OLED: Limited Edition is the same as the Steam Deck OLED 1TB model, which is already available on sale. Essentially, the new limited edition model only brings a new color scheme for the handheld, carrying case and microfiber cloth. Everything else remains the same, including the gaming performance.
It is not the equivalent of Steam Deck 2, and according to Valve, there won't be one anytime soon. Therefore, if you want a new handheld gaming device, the Steam Deck OLED: Limited Edition is certainly a great option.
