Bangladesh A vs Ireland A 2021

The Ireland A team and Bangladesh A, also known as Bangladesh Emerging Team, would stand face to face this summer. Ireland A will set out to tour Bangladesh unofficially in February 2021. It will be a long tour for the Irish A team as they will be playing BAN A team across all the three formats of the game: T20, One day Internationals as well as Tests. The Bangladesh A vs Ireland A matches are going to be unofficial in nature.

Format

The BAN A vs IRE A fixtures, will have both the teams competing across all the three formats of the game. The IRE A tour will commence with a solitary test which will begin on February 26th, 2021 and continue till March 1st, 2021. The only unofficial Test would be played in Chattogram. After the Test, we will witness five unofficial ODIs between the IRE A and BAN A a.k.a. Bangladesh Emerging Team.

The five unofficial ODI matches would be played on March 5th, 2021, March 6th, 2021, March 9th, 2021, March 12th, 2021 and March 15th, 2021. The first three matches would take place at Chattogram while the last two would be played in Dhaka.

Following the five unofficial ODI games, the two teams will move on to the shortest format of the game. The two unofficial twenty-twenty matches will be played on March 17th, 2021, followed by the second match on March 18th, 2021. Both the games are scheduled in Dhaka.

Broadcast Details

The Bangladesh A vs Ireland A matches are not going to be broadcast, neither over the television nor digitally.

Venues

The matches will be played in two venues with Chattogram hosting the first four games and Dhaka hosting the other four.
