ESL India Premiership 2020

ESL India Premiership is India’s flagship esports tournament that attracts thousands of professional gamers from the country all throughout the year. Since its inception in 2016, the tournament has grown into the longest running esports league in the country. This is the fifth edition of this prestigious tournament by Nodwin Gaming and the tournament has a 1.15 Crore INR overall prize pool. The new edition will witness additional games like Clash of Clans, FIFA 20 and PUBG Mobile. A seeding cup will be organized as PUBG Mobile has been introduced for the first time.

ESL Premiership 2020 Dates

The Seeding Cup for the event started on 25th May with a total of 1129 teams participating. The knockout stage took place on 26th May and 27th May.

16 teams have qualified for the Masters League which will be held from 1st June to 7th July.

Format

There are two knockout rounds for the Seeding Cup event. The team with the highest number of points qualifies for the next round. The next round is the best of three and finalizes the 16 qualifying teams for the Masters League.

Prize Pool

Teams participating in ESL India Premiership 2020 will compete for a total Prize Money of INR 1.15 Crore.
