Saunas and ice baths are one of Hull's favorite tricks to aid muscle recovery. It helps improve blood circulation and reduce inflammation while also providing mental conditioning.
Despite it being Christmas, Hull still took time out of her day to work out before catching up with her family for dinner in the evening. Following the dinner, she hopped into her recovery to end the day on a relaxing note.

- 1: 10 ski calories
- 2: 2 double dumbbell thrusters (8-10 kg)
- 3: 3 double dumbbell cleans
- 4: 4 double dumbbell step-overs (8-10 kg)
- 5: 5 burpee box jumpovers
- 6: 300 meters run

- 8: D-ball over shoulder (12 kg)
- 9: Press-ups
- 10: Row calories

The workout routine is performed progressively, just like the song. Hull began with 10 calories on the ski machine and then moved onto two double dumbbell thrusters paired with the first exercise. She started with one exercise, then added the next while repeating all prior exercises in reverse order. She continued this pattern until she completed the entire 12-step sequence.
