“It's work” - When Tiger Woods detailed life as a single dad after his divorce

Tiger Woods opened up about being a single parent following his divorce from his wife Elin Nordegren. The couple tied the knot in 2004, after dating for three years, and welcomed two kids together. Their first child, Sam, was born in 2007, and two years later, in 2009, the couple welcomed their son Charlie.

However, later that year, Nordegren learned about Woods' alleged extramarital affair with Rachel Uchitel. He reportedly had affairs with multiple women, as per US Magazine. In 2010, Woods and Nordegren went their separate ways.

In 2011, following his divorce from the Swedish model, Woods appeared on ABC News, where he was asked how he managed his career and responsibilities as a single parent. Speaking of his kids, Woods said, via ABC News YouTube channel:

"It's work, there's no doubt. It's work it's tough but enjoyable. That's the work that I love. And I just love being with them and seeing what they're doing, what they're capable of doing, and the joys and and just the shifts of interest just that's what's just fun. We have a great time together and that's what's most important. Family's first and that's what it was when I was growing up like my family my mom and dad were always there, they're always present for me. And that's what I am with my kids now."

Following his divorce from Elin Nordegren, the former World No. 1 dated Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn in early 2013. The couple released a statement confirming their relationship. However, it did not work out for long, and after dating for around two years, they parted ways in 2015. He was then briefly linked to wardrobe stylist Kristin Smith, as per People.

She was in attendance when Tiger Woods was inducted into the Golf Hall of Fame in 2022, alongside the golfer's mother Kultida, and both of his kids, Sam and Charlie. However, their relationship came to an end in late 2022.
