15 golfers locked-in on the 2025 LIV Golf League roster: Full list explored
The final LIV Golf standings will be available after the LIV Golf Chicago. Currently, the top 24 golfers are in the locked zone, ranks 25 to 48 are in the open zone, and ranks 49 to 57 are in the drop zone.
On September 9, a post was shared by LIV Golf's X handle. The post confirmed that 1-15 golfers in the locked zone have secured their spots in the 2025 LIV roster. This means the top 15 individual standings before the LIV Golf Chicago will appear in the 2025 LIV season.
“This week, the battle for the Lock Zone is on 📊CONFIRMED: Players 1-15 in the Individual Standings have secured a roster spot in the LIV Golf League for 2025 🤝Players outside the top-15 are still fighting to secure their position 👀,” the poster wrote.
The final lineup of the LIV Golf standings will be sorted after the LIV Golf Chicago, which will take place from September 13 to 14.
Top 15 LIV golfers who are locked in the final 2025 LIV schedule
As of now, the LIV standings are led by Jon Rahm, who has 195.17 points to his name. This is Jon Rahm's debut year in the LIV league and the golfer only won one LIV event, the LIV Golf United Kingdom with 63, 70, and 67 in the three rounds. He also has 11 top-10 finishes in his 12 LIV starts.
Next to Rahm in the individual standings is Joaquin Niemann with 192.20 points. Niemann won two LIV events in 2024. His first win came at LIV Golf Mayakoba with 12-under 201. His next triumph came at LIV Golf Jeddah with 17-under 193. Also, he had nine top-ten finishes throughout the season.
The top-fifteen of the individual standings also includes Sergio Garcia in fourth place, Brooks Koepka in seventh place, Dustin Johnson in fourteenth place, and Bryson DeChambeau in ninth place.
